5:2 Diet
It is also known as the Alternative Day Fast (ADF) method. In this case, people limit calories for two days a week or consume only 500 calories on fasting days. For another 5 days, you can eat whatever you want.

Eat-Stop-Eat
Like 5: 2, this ADF method does not have a constant fasting schedule. This fasting method allows you to choose one or two days a week to have a full 24-hour fast.
