4) Lifting fingers: Place your palm on a table, with all fingers separated. One by one, slowly lift each finger off the table. Hold your finger up for a few seconds before slowly lowering it.

5) Make an "O": This stretching helps to relieve sore or stiff pain in the hands. Start with your left hand and stretch your fingers, then bend your fingers inward until they touch. Your fingers should be shaped like an O. Hold this position for a few seconds. Then he straightens his fingers. Repeat this exercise several times a day in each hand.

6) Playing with sound: This could help alleviate the pain of arthritis. Playing with sound is a great way to increase the freedom of movement of your fingers while strengthening your hands, and it will not even feel like movement.
