HOW TO PRACTICE SELF-CARE AND FEEL MORE ENERGIZED

I have to admit that self-care was a buzzword in the wellness community. But it is for a good reason. I firmly believe that self-care is an integral part of a healthy and complete lifestyle. Gone are the days when you need to eat perfectly, work out 6 days a week to feel good and healthy.

I like talking about health changes and moving in a more holistic and sustainable direction. Because God knows that there is more to life than calorie obsession.

But before you go ahead and continue with why caring is important, start by defining it.

WHAT IS SELF-CARE?

Body care means taking the time to do activities that nourish the mind, body and/or spirit. Some common examples are reading, bathing, lighting candles, painting, going for a walk. But there are no really bad answers.

Personal care takes the time to look after and care for oneself.

IT’S IMPORTANT BECAUSE…

If you can take care of yourself, you can really appear and be present in your life. I'm sure you can remember one moment (maybe right now) by doing everything for the others 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He probably does not sleep well and maybe exhaustion increases his desire. Maybe you stopped exercising or maybe you trained too much. At these moments, we separate signals that tell us that we need to reduce speed.

It often happens that you burn yourself at some point. When you are physically and emotionally exhausted, you simply can not do a good job, even if you do what you love.

Taking breaks is important to restore energy. This also applies to creative energy.

Causes and Symptoms of Passive-Aggressive Personality Disorder

Have you met someone at your workplace or in your circle of friends and family who meets the needs and desires of others? The same person tends to show a dark and sudden behavior in order to forget or delay the problem to which they were asked. These people find it hard to say what they really feel and can not say that they do not like what they should do. These people suffer from a personality trait known as a passive-aggressive personality disorder.

A passive-aggressive personality disorder is a clinical personality disorder. It is recognized as a personality disorder of Axis II, in simple terms, a negativistic personality disorder. A person with passive aggressive behavior tends to show behavioral characteristics through passive resistance when performing tasks she does not want to do.

A person with this disorder tends to suffer from a chronic illness where it tends to satisfy the wishes of others. However, they passively resist desires, become angry and hostile from within.

Passive-aggressive personality disorder manifests as stubbornness, resentment, postponement of mood swings, impotence, etc. The person may even show repeated or deliberate failure to perform even a simple task for which they are responsible. It is actually a form of defense mechanism and the person is usually partially aware of their passive resistance.

Individuals with an aggressive passive personality tend to be rigid and inflexible. They follow a defined behavioral and performance behavior. These people have real difficulties getting along with the people around them. Their stubborn behavior does not allow them to adapt well to changing situations and therefore influences their daily functioning.

Causes

The reasons for developing this personality trait may be environmental, biological or genetic. It is believed that biological changes in the prefrontal cortex, the area of the brain that controls how one acts in a social environment, can lead to a passive-aggressive personality disorder.

SYMPTOMS

There are some symptoms of passive-aggressive personality disorder that an individual may have. However, keep in mind that if you or someone near you has any of the following symptoms, it does not mean that you or the person is suffering from this condition. You must speak with a qualified psychologist for a proper diagnosis. The following symptoms of passive-aggressive personality disorder, which are usually observed in a negativism personality, include a person who is very happy and enthusiastic to help others or to fulfill the desires of the people around them. When it's time to start the application, they tend to bypass the pot. It will take them a long time to do it and they will show that they did not succeed.

Other symptoms are:

• Procrastination
• Resisting suggestions are given to them by others
• These people will fight tooth and nail to pass the buck of their failure on to others.
• They are always late and forgetful.
• They are always complaining and tend to make hundred excuses and lies to hide their passive resistance.
• They never express their hostility or anger to others.
• They show resentment and sullenness.
• These individuals have a fear of dependency, authority, and intimacy.
• They create chaos around them and try to prove their inefficiency.
These people tend to annoy each other. They feel that they are often cheated or not appreciated by others. That's why I become very cynical and skeptical. You will find that your number of friends is small and that you are often less happy than you. When confronted, they will always fight for a verbal duel and eventually apologize for their behavior. They go for sympathy and it becomes a repetitive model. In the end, the person becomes manipulative and emotionally exhausting people around him.

How do you know if someone has passive-aggressive behavior?

Often we find individuals who seemingly satisfy all their needs and desires, but in the end, they find that they passively resist. In such a situation, you need to do a simple test to see if the person unconsciously suffers from a personality problem. Instead of turning yourself into an emotional wreck, you must take steps to help the individual and find a way to deal with the problem and get the relationship working. Just ask yourself the following questions about passive-aggressive personality disorder testing and make sure your partner or maybe you have this condition.

Do you find that your partner loses control because of things beyond your control? Does your partner accuse you and punish you for things that happen to you, even if you have no paper in them?
Are you suddenly finding your partner gloomy and depressed or angry at trivial little events? Does he ignore the real issues that need attention and completely ignore them?
Is your partner constantly complaining that you do not like him? If he or she never satisfies the number of times you try to please them?

Does he often curse life or others as the main culprits for all their problems? Do you think that he/she never takes responsibility for everything that happens to them?
Does he find that his partner creates a world of himself, and even if he shows a positive side of a question, does he tend to believe only what he perceives as "truth"?

If you find that you have answered at least three questions is YES, then you can deal with a person with a negative personality. There is nothing wrong with you and no matter how hard you try, you will never get your appreciation. These people have not learned to cope with their anger and are not emotionally available. You must accept them as they are and not blame them for your emotional problems if you are truly in love with a person with a passive-aggressive personality disorder.

It's a personality trait of a life. You will always find these people with a mask of "poor me" on their face. These people must undergo psychological therapy and cognitive therapy to recognize their problem and change their behavior. Group therapy helps them cope with their hostility towards others and try to act appropriately in a social context. Doctors may recommend certain medications to control their irritability, depression and other similar symptoms.

It is very important to learn how to recognize your symptoms to cope with the disease. With the right treatment, you can control negativity and help you lead a better and more productive life. It is very important to positively accept and try the passive-aggressive personality disorder.

7 Habits of Highly Successful Resolution Setters

It's just over a week in the New Year and reports show that 25% of resolutions have already been broken. By the end of the year, less than 10% of resolutions will be upheld. So, how are the few who follow their successful intentions?

Research shows that the right attitude is the most important element for sustainable health changes.

1. Practice yoga.

Yoga connects you to the reason for which you have found a solution. Every time you practice yoga, you establish an intention. You are committed to yourself and your vision. If you are not clear about the goal behind your goal, it may be short. For example, if you are trying to lose weight, ask yourself why you want to lose it. It's not enough to lose 20 pounds just because you see a number on the scale. On the other hand, yoga will challenge you to ask what it really costs to carry extra weight. You may want to lose weight because you want more energy and passion for your spouse. If you are not clear about your goal, you will lose the motivation to keep going when things get difficult.

2. Develop a morning routine.

"Win in the morning, win the day". This saying is true to maintain a healthy mind. Wake up every day at the same time and develop a ritual that will help you start the day. A good strategy is to start with a glass of water to aid digestion, then do some exercise or stretching session.

3. Have a path to physical recovery.

If you want to change the perspective, first change your physical condition. If you feel lethargic and unmotivated, stand up and move your body. Even if it only takes 10 minutes, physical activity will help you change your thinking. When I feel stuck, I stop what I'm doing and go for a walk or do a series of exercises such as jumps, pushups, or a yoga sequence.

4. Become responsible

If you have something or someone who keeps you honest, it will help you to develop a sense of pride. Find a partner of responsibility. Talk to him regularly on a weekly or monthly basis. Join a like-minded community that meets regularly to discuss members' goals. Be open about your resolve and share it with someone whom you respect and love. If you want to be stronger, find a class, join a gym, or join a recreational sports team that prompts you to appear for you and the group.

Be responsible too. If you are working to maintain a positive attitude, wear a wrist band. Have the wristband on the opposite wrist change every time you complain. Only the simple physical action of taking off and changing the placement of the bracelet will help reinforce positive thinking.

5. Meditate every day.

Meditation is a great way to become less approachable. It teaches you to stop and observe your thoughts before answering. If you yearn to break your resolve, meditation will give you the discipline to decide in the long run what you really want and not immediately what rewards you most. The head space app, a guided meditation that you can hear everywhere, is a good place to start. I recommend practicing meditation in the morning and at bedtime. This frees you from your thoughts and calms you to start your day and sleep well at night.

6. Start writing in the newspaper.

Take some time in the newspaper every day. There is an application called the Five Minute Journal that makes this process perfect. Do not think too much about what you write. Use it as a platform to spread all your ailments, worries, or other issues that make your mind vibrate. As you go through this process, your thoughts become a place where you can stop so that you do not disturb your mind throughout the day. This helps to eliminate unnecessary mental disorders and to focus more attention on what is really important.

7. Have fun.

You need to know what you are doing to make it work. If you scramble to the gym and force yourself to run on the treadmill while you look at the clock, hoping that it will end, you will eventually burn yourself. But if you go to a group class and work more often because you enjoy it, you're more likely to reach your goals.

Air pollution is linked to pneumonia, which kills 18 lakh children in India every year, causing asthma, bronchitis, and other infections of the throat and respiratory tract, causing children to miss it and limiting their deep learning and potential development," said Dr. Vinod K Paul, a member of Niti Aayog and a professor of pediatrics at the Institute of Medical Sciences in India.

The risk starts in the womb. Psychological and psychological problems and the development of cerebral tachycardia with the development of a four-point decline in the IQ at the age of five-point to the UNICEF report.

"Indoor air pollution has declined because people have switched to cleaner cooking fuels, but pollution threatens to offset profits." Smoking, cooking fumes and heating fires at home, "suggested Dr Paul.
